Verified project opportunities
Approved contractors receive verified homeowner project opportunities in their licensed service territories. Opportunities are classified so you always know what you're buying:
- Verified Inquiry — identity and property confirmed.
- Qualified Project — scope, size, material interest, and timeline confirmed.
- Appointment Ready — homeowner has agreed to appointment windows.
- Financing Ready — homeowner has voluntarily completed financing qualification through an approved provider.
- Awarded Project — the project is contractually committed or platform-funded and ready for contractor assignment.
"Guaranteed" is only used when a contractor agreement defines exactly what is guaranteed. Ordinary leads are not described as guaranteed contracts.
